Saathi Teachers Bishal Pangmi Ale and Jaya Baidhakota successfully carried out their Community Action Project (CAP) on the theme of ‘Waste Management and Seed Distribution’ at Shree Chandidevi Basic School, Purlung-6, Tanahun. The project aimed to raise awareness among students and community members about proper waste disposal practices and the importance of environmental conservation. Online Safety Workshop at Shree Chhimkeshwary Secondary School, Aanbookhaireni Rural Municipality, Tanahun

Saathi Teacher Ajay Khadka  led a two-part ‘Online Safety Workshop’ at Shree Chhimkeshwary School to raise awareness among students and local youth about the risks of internet use. In the first session, students actively participated by delivering mini-presentations on issues like cyberbullying, online scams, and privacy, demonstrating growing confidence and awareness. The second session, an awareness talk, focused on practical tips to stay safe online and included participants from outside the school, expanding the reach of the discussion. By conducting one session during a holiday and another on a school day, Ajay ensured broader participation. His initiative sparked an important conversation in a rural setting where digital safety is rarely discussed—showing how small steps can lead to meaningful change in empowering young people to navigate the internet safely.
